Sydney brings 9 years of volleyball experience — four years of varsity at Rancho Cucamonga High School, club ball with Forza1North, and collegiate club volleyball at San Diego State, where she earned her B.A. in Psychology in just three years. Her primary positions were Outside Hitter and Right Side.

She currently serves as Head Coach at Henry J. Kaiser High School, coaches club with Forza1, and is pursuing her teaching credential and a master's in Physical Education. Her psychology background is the edge — every session blends real technical work with the mental side of the game, so athletes don't just get better, they get tougher.
